*Shipped from our UK warehouse, it takes approximately 5-7 working days to receive your e-bike. (Remote areas and islands are excluded from delivery.)
*If you have other special requirements or urgent delivery date, please communicate with our customer service team when placing your order, we will try our best to meet your needs.

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and available when make an order. If your order shipped by DX company, the delivery person will contact the recipient twice by phone to reserve a delivery time. Under the premise that the delivery time has been agreed with you, if DX arrives at the delivery address and no one receives the goods, the goods will be returned to the site. You may to bear the cost of re-delivery.
